Welcome to uffy.cc ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services — including logging in with Discord and creating redirect shortcodes — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

• Have a valid Discord account
• Be at least the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (typically 13 or older)

By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Service Rules & Shortcode Policy

• Shortcodes remain active for 30 days and may be renewed within 7 days after expiration.
• If not renewed within 37 days, the shortcode and associated redirect are permanently deleted.
• Users may remove shortcodes anytime via the dashboard, which also removes their Discord ID and username from our database if no other shortcodes exist.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the service to create or share shortcodes that:

• Contain offensive, hateful, or derogatory language
• Promote racism, sexism, homophobia, or other discriminatory content
• Contain sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Link to malware, phishing pages, or any harmful content
• Violate Discord’s or any applicable platform’s terms of service

We reserve the right to remove any content or shortcodes at our discretion, without prior notice.

5. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, functionality, or reliability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service, at our sole discretion, if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
